Church View Dental Care Plan

We strongly believe that every patient deserves affordable dental care and that is why we offer the Church View Dental Care Plan. Spread the cost of your routine dental care through a convenient monthly direct debit.

*All patients are eligible to join one of the Care Plans or Den Plan once dentally fit and all necessary dental and hygiene treatment has been completed first.

Benefits of joining include:

Regular dental examinations
Regular hygienist visits
Free emergency assessment of dental pain
10% discount on all dental treatment not included in the care plan (excluding orthodontics and implants)

Care Plan

Care Plan 1:

1 x dental examination, 1 x hygiene appointment, small X Rays included.

Care Plan 2:

1 x dental examination, 2 x hygiene appointment, small X Rays included.

Care Plan 3:

2 x dental examination, 2 x hygiene appointment, small X Rays included.

Care Plan 4:

1 x dental examination, 3 x hygiene appointment, small X Rays included.
